These terms govern your use of the AnnaChef iOS app and related services. By using AnnaChef you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using AnnaChef

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

AI-generated content — important

Recipes, ingredient detections, and nutritional or timing estimates in AnnaChef are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always use your own judgment about food safety: check that ingredients are fresh, cook food to safe temperatures, and carefully verify recipes against your own allergies and dietary requirements. AnnaChef is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, photos, and other content you create. By posting content publicly you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service. You are responsible for what you post: don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful.

Community rules and moderation

• You can report objectionable content or users from within the app, and block users whose content you don't want to see.
• We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
• There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Fair use

AI-powered features (scanning and recipe generation) are subject to daily fair-use limits. We may adjust these limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Termination

You may stop using AnnaChef and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Disclaimers and liability

AnnaChef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated recipes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
